Terms of Service

By accessing or using CodeTech ERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

CodeTech ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform that provides business management tools including CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, HR, payroll, and project management modules. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers offering varying levels of features and support.

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Modules: We offer a module-based pricing model. Base modules are free, and additional modules can be subscribed individually as described on our pricing page.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans receive a discount.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increases. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are issued at our discretion. Annual plan refunds are prorated.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Your data belongs to you. You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload, create, or process through CodeTech ERP. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may export all your data at any time in standard formats.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, software code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by CodeTech Solutions and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours with advance notice. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA commitment, Professional and Enterprise customers are eligible for service credits as outlined in their subscription agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
